    re: trading halt! good or bad u think? Not sure. Depends what it is for. They may have a growth opportunity in mind that might add a lot of value.
    Perhaps they want to buy CEYs mines. Who knows?
    Or it could be used to overide a stuff up. If that is the case it will dilute earnings.
    They have mentioned in the past that they have had problems with water so it could be used to build infrastructure.
    That would dilute earnings.
