Frankly, I'm disillusioned with Management at the moment & feel I have been snubbed. At the time of the CR, I emailed just 1 specific question. "Are you in a position to disclose who the Sophisticated Investors were and what quantities did they receive".
I have been involved in other companies raising cash & they disclosed who and how many. I didn't think it was unreasonable to ask.
