PLACEMENT
• Capitalised at $220.3m, the Company intends to raise circa $4.0m via a placement of ordinary fully paid shares at an issue price of 36c per share (“Placement”).
• Patersons Securities Limited (“Patersons”) has been appointed as Lead Manager to the Placement.
• Cornerstone support of circa $2m has been received from Company introduced investors, inclusive of Panorama’s major shareholder.
• The Placement will be conducted in a single tranche utilising the Company placement capacity pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
• Clients of Patersons who qualify under Section 708 and for whom we have current documentation on file are offered the opportunity to bid for firm shares in the Placement.
