I had my 'turning point' a few months ago, and yes the calls and email lack of response was part of it.
Last year on the mine tour, we were shown the ore-sorter in position straight after the crusher all ready to go with DSO within days. All we were waiting for was enough high grade ore on the ROM pad so it could run continuously. This is what I was told. After no announcements about it over the next few weeks, I phoned and I emailed, but received no reply.
This part of your post I mostly agree with....
