The announcement quite clearly says that results are not in, and they will be distributed to the market when they become available. SGS are doing the analysis. Are you suggesting they are going to fudge/fraud the results? Or are you suggesting that they have been somehow dishonest in what they are reporting today?
If you are uncomfortable with directors vending in a project they have an interest in then I suggest the stock market is not for you. It's called a "back door listing". I fully expect they know it will be good, but they still must conform to the listing rules.
It's not a conspiracy, it's pretty standard practice. If I own something of value and need to raise capital why would I sell it to someone where I no longer had any control? I'm fairly sure Andrew Forrest vended something in at some stage as well. It doesn't always have to be a bad result.

so we can only assume the results are in and will lead to an answer of this next question ..... "The Directors of Bisan are pleased with the due diligence to date and when the independent lab results are at hand a decision will be made whether to proceed with the acquisition and shareholders will be informed."
hmmmm let me think. director farming in an asset (independently of course) .... has something big to personally gain out of it .... but will step out of discussions/decision making regarding the acquistion of course ...... hmmmmm i wonder which way they will go.
