I still have concerns with regards to the topup mechanism, especially as this update from the company does not indicate that there is an upper limit.
Means that ERM get to offload their risk onto us. So if the share price increases they get to benefit twice from the rise in the share price whereas if the share price tanks then their risk is limited just to the shares they own, they won't be refunding us any of the $16m debt if the share price declines now will they.
