please supply a reference.I had a look and could only find commitments for on line health services at the 2010 election.There were SC announced at different times but no election promise of numbers.
Like the fixed carbon price (the carbon tax) I am happy to add super clinics  to the list of broken Gillard election promises if you can show it was committed.

the mining tax was a Gillard election commitment that was delivered.
I am talking here about broken election promises so her relationship to Rudd has no bearing.
