I don't think KCN Management will accept their bid having no chance of success because of a falling share price.

That is what their overseas promotional tour is all about in my opinion - gathering support for the takeover bid, and if anything trying to increase the value of the scrip bid by KCN rising at a faster percentage rate than AND.

I'll be surprised if there isn't a flow of very positive news coming from KCN in coming weeks.
