The Victory Sale has not completed and we really don't know why. There is some reference to Lease complications but it is not clear.
This leaves Target in need of $6m for on going funding.
Maybe a Capital Raising is now in the wings.
Overall I like the company and was going to take a position after the Good Oil Presentation but new mattaer have arisen and I will watch with interest.
