Yes Andean most likely have a great/wealthy "one hole in the dirt" but don't forget that KCN also want a "possible" extra $9.0+ mil in cash. That cash would be well spent on exploration in the Andean tenement (or other) don't you reckon? One would also suggest that KCN have done their homework and know what they are hopefully getting now and in the "future" for the price they are offering?

IMO future gold/exploration companies do well by increasing their "future wealth", ie, by acquiring additional "prospective" profitable areas that they can develop at a good return for shareholders over time?

The market at the moment is (perhaps) suggesting 3 things?
1/ The andean price is too high (per KCN price).
2/ The andean price is too low (per Andean price).
3/ Another possible bid from within or elsewhere? (per Andean or KCN Prices)

One would presume that no takeover will avail. at the current script offer? If this does happen, doesn't that make KCN's price at the moment a good bet?

As an andean shareholder i am happy and at the moment would vote against any takeover at the current price/offer. But I am biased!
