Just had a quick reread of Ann on F14 result and along with the above mentioned significant increase in land sales in F15, there may well be an improvement in margins as they sold of some old lower margin land stocks in F14 which will not recurr in F15.
All in all F15 looks very positive and we may well achieve the recent Bell Potter forecast SP of 78c before too long.
