Yes, the conflict of interest in borrowing money from the buyer is very bizarre and am curious how it was and is justified.
The need to draw down so much in such a short space of time is alarming and the company should explain the reason behind it rather than tell us they have drawn down with no explanation of their intent for the funds. What are they doing with this 30 million?
