We do 207 per hour form 20 hours a day and every one of them is hit with airpowered bolt through head then throat cut when hanging, i have had a bit of experience with halal killing or muslin kill and these blokes are useless, cant keep a sharp knife and they like the beast not stunned! that means throat cut while completely conscious, its not pretty the sounds but hey get onto your local member if that will do anything- money money money, errr thats the excuse folks.
