Most pessimistic shareholders ever

    Which probably means the price can't get much lower... which makes for a low risk entry.

    Everyone who wanted to sell out has done so.

    The reward part of the equation came from a shareholder update at the start of the month.

    It looks like the moment long suffering shareholders have been waiting 20 years for is here:

    The wording tells me it's the real deal:

    That the major international company has already completed a detailed assessment;

    And that documentation is already in progress to cement the financing deal.

    Current prices are near all time historic lows - with a company making transaction in progress - crazy buying, in my opinion:

    And note the constantly rising OBV over the past 15 YEARS... someone/s just keeps accumulation at the lows.

    Another hint is that insiders continue to stump up cash at a premium to the current share price... most recently, less than one week ago, at 2.2c:

    You might think why not just buy on market and get them cheaper? Well if you wanted to buy 13 million APG shares on market you would need to push the share price well over over 2.5c, even taking into account new sellers that would enter the market with higher bids:

    APG has developed a technology that could add to the bottom line of thousands of mineral producers and processors:

    Bluescope Steel, capped at over $3 billion, are the likely financing party as they have been trialling and testing APG's technology for the last 10 months.

    In addition to the major international financier that is involved in the steel industry - probably Bluescope, potentially ArcelorMittal, APG has:

    "commenced discussions with a major international diversified engineering, technology and equipment provider which is evaluating Austpac’s technologies".

    It all comes down to risk v reward.

    No such thing as a good company or a bad company - only an undervalued or overvalued company.

    APG is good value given historic prices and near term developments.
