Who can have any factual reason for an appeal now, we wait until a decision is handed down. There may be no grounds for an appeal. I just believe whoever the grieved party is, will exhaust every/any opportunity for one though.
One can appeal a judges decision (hence the appeals courts), as long as a legal reason inconsistent to the findings is argued to mount (no pun intended) such appeal.
Geez Rish, a legal precedent to support my case .........!!!! Other than a travel bag don't have one.

Regardless, let's say one bought at the obvious lows around 1.3cents recently... AVQ wins..sell half at 2.6 and free carry the rest... SMM appeal if any wouldn't be the next day would it? Still worth hanging on is it not?
