They're still plodding away with site establishment. The komatsu news means that the workshops, wash bays and refuelling bays can be designed to match that fleet.
No news on the civil guy for the railway construction, but I can't see that news being far off.
Alternate funding , not sure, but there is some private money around for equity sales!!!
heard a whisper that WCC/FSE might start a small operation to start generating cash, if I find any news will send the link or copy and paste.
