SNX has about $1.02 in cash alone. If the proposal fails and the price goes to 80 cents, you are buying a company that has a conservative NTA of $1.25 and is profitable.
But remember there are many other bargains too. IWI has a NTA of $3.70 and it is trading at $2.60
