You stated many times before TPG came on deck that it was gone and that creditors would sell the Marion assets. The only ones that are gone are the old creditors. TPG is still there.Fact

When they exit along will come a new creditor until Clear Creek is sold. That will also be fact in time. Nothing to be fanatical about. Just staying with the facts and hoping for a favourable exit for shareholders. Those you do not care about.
