Yes it does sound like a formality, i would think that the price should head to 80c+ on confirmation, but you just never know, it could stay where it is or go to $1.50 who really knows on our market. However the potential for AQD is excellent and i think that the price would have been higher by now if the LOI was signed quicker which offcourse it could not have been due to other formalities first. I am hoping this will be announced any day now and expecting to make a few dollars.
