I wouldn't worry about day to day sellers.
I've heard the Phillipines lisence is approved and ggx are just waiting on the paperwork which is expected any day. There are farm out partners (multiple) waiting in the wings for the approval to come thru. The prospect of 20 million plus barrels is an exciting one for anyone looking for black gold. The stock will be re-rated once this news gets materialized in he next few weeks.
