Wow, great article m0ngy... but here's the thing for me with Horizon Oil... with all this talk about the value and potential of the company as given by investment commentators, brokers etc. that's all it is talk. Same goes for the board and management of Horizon... just talk. The proof in the pudding for me is the share price and promised wealth (even dividends a few years back)... for me I will now be assessing the forte of the board and management against those indicators and to date, imo, and I stress only in my opinion, they have failed miserably but I'm sure they'll continue to draw lucrative salaries , healthy superannuation benefits and other significant bonuses/schemes. My rating: growth of company 6.5/10; returns to shareholders 0/10; overall performance of board and management somewhere between those two scores..
