    gottalovevmt I would sell go on a Holiday or rent for a year or two. Cash will be King soon. IMO
    Best time to sell is when you are punching your fist in the air and saying Yes Yes Yes
    My investment has done well, and it looks to good to be true. Everything goes in Cycles.
    If you are cashed up and renting you can always look for another house there is always a good buy,
    when you have cash, and time on your side. Make Low Offers. You only want one house from what you have posted.
    You can pay your rent 12 months in advance and do a deal with the owner
    Put an add in the paper Wanted house to rent will pay 12 months in advance Rent on your terms EG
    I want pets I want free gardening You have the power when you have cash. IMO
