    Anyways its interesting to note the tone of language re the debt funding has diminished lately. Its gone from the debt funding is progressing well to now RC saying in the annual report that akk is hopeful.

    "Your company has decided to finance this expenditure with debt and is hopeful that an
    announcement can be made soon"
