with all due respect the person with the financial interest in both companies is you and the others.

In the flea bitten days when SSI and GCN used to be run in coordination with major posting campaigns on Hotcopper I posted alternative views to those of you and your - lets call them collegues for lack of any better description.

on several occassions i was aggressively attacked by members of the 'circle' (and why not - some of you were getting very upset at the lucrative rort that was available pumping the two stocks up and down) which culminated in some extremely threatening emails being sent anonymously to me from hotmail accounts.

Do i have sympathy ? No.

As a party with a declared beneficial interest will the ASIC want to see your trading records, email accounts, and colour of your underwear ? Yes.

Ultimately if you wish to invite the ASIC to your party I guess its them you will need to convince of all that.

I just enjoy the educational experience of how stocks are, um, used.
