Why would they need to CR for working capital when they are imminently about to be in a positive cash flow position? At least $1m profit per month in my calculations. I think that cash flow is more than enough for a small cap company like MIZ. Why would there be a need for more notes or further issue of shares? I totally disagree with you on this aspect.
