Hope to see the outcome of negociations very soon.
Just would like to remember that Sojitz invested 25MM $ in Lynas shares additionally to the loan in 2010.
So it's obvious that Sojitz will consider this fact as well in case they still hold shares unless they had already sold them in the past. This would reinforced they are also interested not harming their own interests as shareholders.
