The announcement is not the problem - obviously its a positive long term move indicating the company has potential to grow. Short to Medium term I see two negatives:
1) A bulk of the acquisition was financed by a share allotment - no brainer that this isn't a good thing. The remainder of the acquisition paid for by cash - potential dent to the company cash-flow.
2) The full bottom line benefit of the acquisition could be 6 months or 6 years away. It may in fact be a detriment - only time will tell.
This stock could go either way - market sentiment will drive the price not acquisition announcements. A side note - TEE really needs to clean and polish their external website.
