How will this affect the buyers? Are you expecting these "cheaper" new houses to deteriorate quicker? If so how long would you expect this to occur? I'm not really sure what you mean in terms of poorer quality. All a house has to do is supply shelter, insulation and just sit there. Are these cheap new houses going to fall apart? By cheaper houses I mean those new houses which you can get constructed on a 350-600m2 block for 300-350k. I will admit they do look "pretty", but are they shit quality?
