re: halt!!!!!! groundzero/cuz I didnt hear "PROMISE" of no dilution - certainly heard dont want to dilute and dont want to hedge ---I dunno

wouldnt be surprised if a placement to "sophisticated investors" --only coz CMR put a halt on with last placement coz sp was drifting down to placement price. Infact, drawing a trend line in after the fact it became clear we were gunna be able buy em on market for same price as the sophisticated mob so needed to put a halt on and that was followed by a suspension to stop us getting to the placement price-----the sp started to slump a few days before they put it with the broker so obviously the word got out - dont buy on market - cheaper thru broker --

dunno if same situ ---similar in that a percption is they need bucks and sp drifting down so maybe...dunno if its a case of looks like a duck etc - all hypofisizzzing atm i spose -

be dissappointed if a placement - dw suggested they have other assetts to use first -- then again maybe they thought stuff it one more placement to get us thru to solid earnings
