The court has ruled that SMM pay all costs should AVQ win. All costs includes lost income/revenue and whatever else AVQ can stick it up them for.

This would be a relatively straight forward calculation based on how much time this has dragged on which has had a direct negative impact on AVQs ability to proceed. SMMs actions has stopped AVQ deriving an income hence the issue of costs being agreed to. It has no bearing that AVQ may or may not have had an income prior to the case commencing.

RM will have the calculations down to the last .01cent of what he will go SMM for.

I'm not for a minute saying it will be an easy get or am i saying it will be an easy battle but your casual waving away of a considerable sum of money is misguided.
