    I think you will find that 3.4 mill is not cash received by the company rather than a book entry of what they owe Galp, so if the block is transferred to Galp , they will owe nothing but lose the asset for no cash going toTPT.
    They will have about 450 mill shares on issue with about 2.7 mill cash abt 0.006 cents a share.
