lol yeah mate I hear you. I'm 31, (don't have kids yet) but I think to myself 'If FAR comes in, I can pay off a tiny bit of the mortgage which would give me some flexibility - I might be able to take on a bit more of a riskier job (as in move out of an area where I have job security to not so much security but bigger $$$)...
And I think 'I might be able to buy a tinny'
But yeah, knowing my luck - it won't happen lol.
