For 3c SP ( 9c -/- 6c ) Otto is valued at < 40 milj AUD.
Then you are buying:
Cash +/- 50 milj AUD
Tanzania Permits ( Value of 50 milj AUD right now before drilling )
SC55 big chance of free carried 1 or 2 wells.
A takeoverbid of 14-15 cents does NOT included a premium, because within 3 months we will see this share price.
