Oh that. I'm not paid to fix global political and military conflicts (unlike you no doubt macro) but I suggest that the US get out of Iraq and the Middle East, find technical solutions that provide alternatives to burning fossil fuels such as hydrogen and alchohol which are clean and renewable and start respecting the sovereignty of other nation states. Whether other countries are democracies is irrelevant - the thing that matters is the living conditions and human rights of the people. Then they should support and subscribe to the International Criminal Court and let that court bring murderers and torturers and geniciders to justice, using their power for global peace and prosperity so the whole world does well not just the US.
