For me, the thing that was different this time than the court case 2 years ago, was the share price didn't run before the decision. It didn't fall either, just sat there very controlled. So many times you see the SP run up before a TH, only to drop again because things didn't turn out the way investors expected. This time, people kept it real, and the result was very favourable.
