While the company did what it had to do to remove any uncertainty moving forward , they are now stronger and closer to their endgame than at any time since I have invested anyway. Just because they had to raise at 11.5 doesn't change what I think my shares are worth now or what I think they will be worth once a deal with 1103 is signed .
Im still staggered by the level of interest but seeing as there is only one other competing drug in this area it really comes as no surprise.
Fda meeting in a few weeks where they were expecting this to run in tandem with partnering talks on 1102. So hopefully they can pick the ball up there and give us some feed back on where negotiations are at.
All the trolling in the world won't change the fact that either one licensed out will be a company changer and deliver the value we have all been waiting for and with over a dozen interested parties for 1103 that could happen on any given day moving forward.
