there is a very good reason properties in adelaide's outer north are "cheap". tenants are generally, for want of a better word, scum. high vacancy, don't pay, trash the place, etc. in any event a link would be great. please provide one to substantiate your point. ive come across a number of spruikers that lay it out to make it sound so easy, but in actual fact it isnt. instead of $150k, lets use a more realistic $225k in your calcs. eeeeek, all of a sudden it doesn't stack up so nicely does it.
