SDL appears to be tracking the general markets including the resource markets, by that I mean.
1 US down last night 1.5%.
2 World growths slowing week by week, especially China.
3 Commodity prices trending lower every day.
SDL ‘s sp is acting as if we were a producer. We are still ( technically ) an explorer, and will not be producing for some time yet. Bye the time we are in production the balance of world economics may well swing in our favour.
So I have to ask myself why many holders are dumping. We have just had a major player chip in 40 mill, with dilution I admit, but at the end of the day the SDL story has not changed. We now have a new CEO with a great reputation, Rail and port sorted, many banks willing to fund the mine.
So what am I missing?
Comments invited please.
