It seems to be an established progression that when the moslem population in a country exceeds a few percentage points, the trouble starts and gets worse as the moslem population expands...

The solution would seem to be not so difficult and it is to ensure that the moslem population never exceeds 1% or the total population or less...
Of course it becomes a matter of public safety and welfare to put in place laws to ensure this and ensure that moslem immigration is blocked and that numbers of children above replacement rate are not subsidised by government payments...
