This looks like a classic corporate play, people with deep pockets find company with open share register ie not many big holdings, get on the board, get control of the Board! Why - $32 mil in cash? Start paying huge Directors fees, consulting fees, management fees, issue themselves options and performance rights and worst I've seen vend in some crappy tenements at inflated prices and pay themselves a success fee. Dosen't matter if oil found or they're covered!!
