On the 10th February 2006 the company, signed by a Dr Fisher, let loose with an announcement which stated as fact it had paid $750,000.00 to Kallenia Pty Ltd for a 90% stake in e45/2226.
This deal would take effect from 16th Feb 2006.

Now a further check of the Dome Authority shows that the said tenement is STILL in the name of Kallenia Pty Ltd.
The prospector involved vowed to the writer today that "I will never sign the transfer on the Heads of Agreement which is all we have to date".
A proper full agreement was supposed to be written up and signed.

In the past two weeks the shares have slumped some 40 to 50¢, why?
Also, why haven't the directors notified the shareholders of the current situation?
If the Dome information is incorrect let me know.

I have just one question.....
Is it also true that the various solicitors are hard at it now?

Is it also true that the deal maker has been awarded about 4 to 5 million whilst the prospector cops 750,000 bucks?

Forgive me just one more.....
Is it true that the prospector refused to cash the cheque but it is in some lawyers trust account?

Geez, you can't really blame me for asking can you? Especially due to the vigorous share movements of late with no directors updates.
