it appears that some people dont understand the power of acquisition to grow the business and increase their market presence...........I would rather buy a few small companies with a good reputation in the industry(queensland deal) that had established client base ,existing cashflow, and a sales force as opposed to trying to penetrate the market from scratch ....the acquisitions are an excellent way to achieve growth .....but that is not to say that ALL acquisitions are good as due dilligence is a prerequsite
