An email i just sent:
Dear Mr Li
As a long time shareholder, it is with significant disappointment that I read that the recent Court announcement that has sought to effectively set aside the applications to the Tubatse parcels.
I would hope, that given repeated confirmation by NKWE that it had sound legal advice as to NKWE right to this parcel of land, that NKP will be put into a Trading Halt on Monday morning until such time that confirmation is provided as to the company’s next course of action.
During this halt I presume that NKP will provide clarity as to whether:
- It will appeal the decision?
- If NKP wont appeal the decision, will it seek to sue Genorah for the millions in costs already incurred in exploration on the land. Naturally, Genorah will need to in turn sue DMR for this.
- If 2 is pursued, will it also seek to rescind on the $250m shares provided to Genorah for that parcel of land. At best, they should remain in escrow until such time as a decision is made
I look forward to your timely response and the provision of answers to these questions for Monday.
