There is a lot more to it than in the brief report above.
FMG actually transports ore for others on its railway now, no problems at all. They are happy to do so.
The main issues with Brockman were twofold;
1. Brockman did not approach FMG directly but rather went to the bureaucracy first. Had they done what AGO and others did they may have saved a lot of money. And time.
2. FMG has said that Brockman does not have a viable financial plan at this stage. Obviously FMG would rather contract with companies that are cash flow solvent and viable.
