Don't comment much on HC but have to say I was dreading this type of announcement. As a lone pitch I don't think many will go for the package as described, I think a lot will see it as the last hoorah and way too risky. Will be interesting to hear other comments.

However, considering that prior announcements said they were working on larger scale projects which would require additional funding. And as I believe there was more funding available in bank / through Bergen agreement; I would hope this was a plan to manipulate additional financial security, through a prospectus, in conjunction with a spike in price based on a positive anouncement. We're dug into a deep hole and are gonna need something good to pull us out. The next few weeks will be an interesting time. A lot of wishfull thinking here whilst trying to stay positive - but it's not looking good. Fingers crossed.
