I'd be cautious in taking tax/legal advice given on a forum as fact and do my own research and/or get independent tax/legal advice before I acted upon it. I'm in no way saying Naish is incorrect (nor that he doesn't have the best intentions in his advice), but without reference to definitive or licensed advice I'd remind people that getting your taxes wrong can be a very painful mistake.
