would be interested as IMO FAR will have to do some sort of financial deal IF Senegal is a success so if COP have the production rights then its obvious that any deal will most likely be concluded with COP .................. and that raises the obvious question ....................... what will it entail ................ a total TO or just the purchase of the block and all it could hold.
