Those 220 thousand shares were dumped on the market after 3.24 pm. Only 30 thousand had been traded up to then and none for hours. The price dropped but rebounded to be only half a cent down at the end of the day. Those 220 thousand shares sold after 3.24 PM would have kept the price down but for buyer interest.
