Questions for the GM, page-44

Greetings,

I asked the following of CTR quite some time ago;

>>The Notice of the General Meeting dated 8 September 2014 is signed off by Mr. Landau in a capacity of "Executive Director". The Company website, which is sorely in need of updating, lists Mr. Landau as a Non Executive Director.
If Mr.Landau is, in fact, an Executive Director could you please advise;
a. what Executive position he holds within the company,
b. the date that he was appointed to this position, and
c. the date this appointment was announced to the ASX and/or Shareholders.


Could you confirm that the Company's Constitution permits Non Executive Directors, other than the Chairman, to call General Meetings. In the event that Mr. Landau remains a Non Executive Director do you intend to issue a correction to the Announcement of 8 September and/or take other remedial action to correct this error.<<

The email was firstly sent to Mr. Eastman but received no acknowledgement or response. It was then copied to Mr. Mitchell who eventually recommended that I contact the Company Secretary at the Registered Office. The only email address shown on the CTR web site is "info@" and there has, again, been no response.

I suspect that the GM will be chaired by Mr. Landau but if any HC member does attend could they, please add this matter to the already long list of questions.
