I read this differently. I think we are close to a resolution. Sedgman could have pulled the plug yesterday if they believe dml is not going to pay them. they didn't.

instead they removed the one condition that will most likely get them paid. Not even the best salesman can flog a dead horse off like this, not even for dog food.

something must be in the works to convince them.
